Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy for Elev8Her Solutions Booking Rules: 1. Clients can cancel their own bookings up to 24 hours before their scheduled session start time. 2. Clients are allowed to cancel their own booking at any time via their booking confirmation link. 3. The earliest a client can schedule a session is 1 week before the session start time. 4. The latest a client can schedule a session is 3 days (72 business hours) before the session start time. Rescheduling: 1. Clients can reschedule their session up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without a fee. 2. Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the session may be subject to a rescheduling fee. Cancellations & Refunds: 1. Cancellations made 48 hours or more in advance are eligible for a full credit to book a future session. 2. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session are non-refundable but can be applied as a credit toward a future session. 3. No-shows or cancellations within 12 hours of the session will forfeit the session fee with no refund or credit. Payment & Fees: 1. A valid payment method (credit/debit card) is required to be on file when booking a session. 2. Clients are charged a 50% cancellation fee for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session. 3. No-shows will incur a 50% no-show fee, automatically charged 24 hours before the scheduled session. Late Arrivals: 1. A 10-minute grace period is allowed. After that, the session will be considered a no-show, and no refund or rescheduling will be provided. 2. If time allows, the session may proceed with the remaining scheduled time. Technical Issues & Emergencies: 1. If technical issues arise on the host’s end, the session will be rescheduled at no additional cost. 2. Clients experiencing an emergency should contact support as soon as possible to discuss alternative arrangements. Booking Agreement: By booking a session, clients agree to these terms and understand that all discovery sessions are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
