Digital Products:

• Non-Refundable: All digital products are non-refundable due to their intangible nature. Once purchased, they cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

Physical Products:

• Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@dynastybuildhers.org with your order number and photos of the damaged product. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.

• Incorrect Orders:

  • If you receive an incorrect item, please notify us within 3 days of delivery at support@dynastybuildhers.org with your order number and details of the incorrect product. We will provide instructions for returning the incorrect item and ensure the correct product is sent to you.

 

Non-Refundable Situations:

• Buyer's Remorse:

  • We do not offer refunds or exchanges for situations where the customer has changed their mind after purchase.

• Wrong Size or Color Ordered:

  • As our products are made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size or color choices. Please refer to our sizing charts and product descriptions before making a purchase.
